THERE ARE 55 MILLION SHARES OUTSTANDING!!
THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY FCPG ON THEIR WEBSITE IS CORRECT.
PROBABLY THEY ARE NOW FILING THE DETAILS WITH THE SEC.

The important thing to remember is that when FCPG reports the earnings for the quarter ending Dec. 31 the earnings per share will be based on 55 million shares outstsanding and logically increase the EPS dollar amoUnt accordingly.

I AM STILL BULLISH ON FCPG...AND IF I HAD MORE MONEY TO INVEST I WOULD KEEP ON BUYING MORE SHARES AT THIS PRICE.
