I actually bought some today. In case I decide to exchange, I still want to have a position in SDVI.

However, my opinion is that there are very, very few who believe that Ken can deliver anything and yes if the IPO does move forward, even at $3/share a conversion is a breakeven at $.015 for SDVI.

Million dollar Q - can SDVI get to $.015????
