First, do not take for granted that legal work is not been done.
Second, suing in Costa Rica has a serious flaw for plaintiffs, the resident in this case TATF can choose the court of their choice.

Third, let's see if The State Department and the FBI receives enough complaints to file an international request for action.
Let's see what happen at that point, but like everything in this area, it takes years. Dealing with corrupt governments usually takes a little more. But eventually all comes to light, nothing like a good bath of light to sanitize corruption.

Fourth, the bill of sale as given by TATF is not enforceable in Costa Rica.

You have not own a single tree.

I have more than a few hundred of thousands tied up in this, so do not think that nothing is been done.
