You only have a course of action if you suffered a loss in DGRI because of their actions. They seem to conspire, but it's hard to prove. They have the lame excuse that these actions are merely coincidental. It's not too hard to expose a single MM, but almost impossible to take on all or several of them because they exist to control or make a market in specific stocks. DGRI as a penny stock has a record of 22-25 MMs. That alone should tell you that the MMs have lots of confidence in DGRI's future, and the MMs ability to make money in this stock.
