GDHI/Frank was flat out deceptive about the funding and still is being deceptive. Either they got the funding and are now denying that they did because they cannot legitimately account for where it went; or, the funding failed and they conveniently ignored their obligation to inform share holders of that material fact, fearing the impact on the PPS. They also ignored their obligation to file an 8K. No informed, professional investors would put up with this behavior from management. i will guarantee you that a legitimate BOD would have someone's carcass over something like this.

Of course, we're talking about GDHI, which appears to me to be about as far away from legitimate as one can get.
