Hmm, I think I have seen this post before. LOL

The past is what YOUR POST focuses on and it appears there is no consideration for the implementation of the patents. WRONG! I am sorry that you are unable to remove the blinders as the future of mesh networking is about to reveal itself to the world. I am excited to have your share in this! MediaG3 has been methods of data transfer that will make your current provider obsolete as the speed, quality and pricing will be a game changer. Ever wonder why Charles referenced MediaG3 MDGC as disruptive? It is because they are working to perfect this service prior to unveiling and it will immediately disrupt your way of thinking. You will no longer be willing to pay as much as you do for the service you currently receive.

Negativegeforce previously replied to your exact post and said:

Great story, but there are a lot of facts you are twisting to make this company seem like everyone that left it got out rich.

The majority of the shares were actually issued in the last year and half when Val took over as the stock had already decreased a substantial amount which could be attributed to the recession of 2008. These shares were used to grow the company into what you see as the humble beginnings of today.

Also, major stock offerings that were done under William Yuan were done for acquisitions which currently exist still as assets on the financial statements. So the claim that everyone dumped shares and left filthy rich wont work.

The reason why the old management are no longer with MediaG3? Val saw untapped potential in MediaG3 which the old management could not yield. The actual reason is unknown to this day, but from what I can tell reading back William Yuan worked at MediaG3 up until Val took over.

Bottom line, Val has a clear vision for the company and he comes out as having the talent to make it work by bringing different facets together. IMO Val has taken huge leaps in the past few months which shows he is clearly more suited for this position. Anyone considering investing in MediaG3 should not concern themselves with the OLD MediaG3, instead look forward to what the NEW MediaG3 could provide tomorrow.
