Verde Media Group Inc., Acquires Distribution Rights for Feature Film "Winter's Wind"

LOS ANGELES, Dec 29, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Verde Media Group, Inc. (OTC: VMGI) announced that the company has entered into an agreement with Director and Producer Matt Herriger (www.mattherrigerfilms.com) to distribute the feature length film "Winter's Wind". Verde Media Group has acquired the World-wide rights for the distribution of "Winters' Wind", theatrically and through all media.
The film is the culmination of Matty "Moo" Herriger's years of dedication to filmmaking, skiing and mountains. With over two decades in the mountains the elements of Matt Herriger's first independently produced film have been shaped by his experiences as an athlete and one of the industry's elite high angle cinematographers.

"Winter's Wind" is the story of one man's introspective life journey from protege to guru, mentor and legend, played by the real legends of skiing, featuring Scot Schmidt, Mike Wilson, Micah Black and Gary Bigham.
