NXHD - has been acquiring undervalued properties in the
area of Salt Lake City since the early 1990's.

Nexia Holdings' existing portfolio of properties includes an investment interest in the historic Wallace-Bennett Building (a 38,000 sq. ft. multi-story office building in downtown Salt Lake City), as well as ownership of a 7,000 sq. ft. one-story retail building on State Street in Salt Lake City, the adjacent lot next to the State Street building in Salt Lake.

The company also owns seven small parcels of undeveloped raw land in Utah and Kansas.
