Just a matter of time. FINTEK postings pretty much confirm to me at least that this is a shell looking for a home. With ~ 9,000,000 O/S and all the MMs bumping to $1+ a couple months ago, this is a good one to have a small position in just in case. Wouldn't take much to bump it past $1 again. And unlike some other huge spreads, this one occasionally is seeing a few thousand on the bid side.
