Just hanging in there now OTC is a go according to Tabers e-mail conversation. The land-based casino's are doing very well according to the Alexa ranking. I'm taking BBFs word on this, they are making more gold coins than one could imagine. So financials should be good (also taking into account the T-Bird offer as a 'startup' company). 2011 will be exciting in terms of new acquisitions I think, and they should make the online empire more popular as they start marketing it and acquiring lots more slot parlors. I'm also expecting a move outside Nic. soon (possibly DR). Remember they've come a long way since they first stated in a PR they ultimately wanted to become as large as companies like T-Bird (PPS worth $2.42).. once they move to a higher exchange and finally give more transparency to shareholders, I believe we will finally get some credit in our PPS. More will be buying in but at a much higher price than it is today IMO. Beneficial Holdings needs to start acting like a more serious company if we want ppl to be paying multi-pennies. Updated share structure, nice office, photos of their operations, working websites would help tremendously.
[And I'm not saying this actually makes it a better or worse company. Shareholders who are paying multi-pennies just want to see all that.]

I think the management will be smart enough to do the above when moving to the OTC.

2011 will be very exciting for us (IMO)
