One poster on the Yahoo board said that James Carswell confirmed this Paraguay deal by phone yesterday. Seems that specs may have been written so as to have a better chance to get CTC's composite core product. Volume, IMO, reflects the potential of this deal being finalized. Just bought more. Good luck to all longs.
