someone is trying to bring this back for the 3rd time......someone. the QOIL sec filing in May 2009 said they were Access Power, and they later ammended it this year because of my yelling and screaming:

and why did SMITH cancel 1,100,000 shares in March 2002? you know, MAURICE was from Vancouver. Ford Sinclair is from Vancouver, and that was NO TYPO as they stated in the ammended SEC filing for QOIL.

all i know, is that the 1st .PK filing in 2007 shows that BAUM is a liar. how can this attorney certify back then that 1602 W alabama street in houston had 16,000 SQFT retail office space? yeah right. he later ammended the .pk filing in 2008, and removed his inaccuracies. the fact was that 1602 and 1606 w alabama street were TOGETHER about 16,000 SQ FT. and 1606 was registered to GARY BAUM of SW MATTRESS...the family business.
