I woke in the middle of the night drenched in sweat and worry about what happens if someone wants to do the "hostile takeover" before the Jan meeting and we become protected from such an event by the issuing of an extra 250m shares. Does dean have another plan in place to protect us from some evil company that wants to buy us out, get fda approval and get the dvis out in the marketplace?
