I suffered through one of these Chinese takeovers a few years ago and they did everything legal and a few things that weren't IMO to shake out original shareholders including months of no reports and a r/s for old shareholders only (they controlled it through c/v Pr. which became c/v the day after the R/S)

It eventually went to a ridiculous multiple after I was long gone.
