Alan, I had this same problem last week too. I moved up to the highest BUY pps and it got hit... but the shares didn't end up in my account. It happened twice within the span of an hour on two separate orders. There are definitely games being played here.

For my part, it's not right, but I'll pay .02 instead of .019 for these shares right now. One teeny tiny bit of good news and this stock will run like a scolded dog.
