Your right there is no shell here just a privet company wanting to grow into the market. By all rights this Scrap USA company made a good move even though on paper it is a reverse merger that Voyager has bought them....on paper...! This is by no means the end of this stock...and much more to come with disclosure of financials of the privet company into the public company........

Which by the way has income or they wouldn't exist! Just waiting to learn the numbers........whoa!
