Max, Arne has always made very broad statements without any proof. I am surprised Lil does not yell at him.

He talks about shareholder value, uplisting to higher exchanges, acquisitions bla , bla, bla. The fact of the matter is that he had no money 2 years ago and he has no money now; the AS is maxed out;Awyi has liabilities; IMO Cornell is selling shares against the warrants as evidenced by the high volume and flat pps. At some point Arne will be required to increase the AS to cover Cornell's activity. SO what is Arne going to use to acquire some business?????

At least he has said a RS will be required in the future.
