Unless the financials hold some better than expected news, there will be a sell the news event. If there are no financials, there will be a sell the news event plus a "caveat emptor" label. Isn't that what happens when financials are unpresented 90 days or more past the reporting quarter?

A "caveat emptor" label at this time would be a great thing. Reasoning: GOIG will hit bottom and not start rising until sometime after the financials are presented. Bad news for current longs in a way, but it will present a real opportunity to dollar-cost average any highly priced shares at rock bottom prices. It may also finally force a change in management and management thinking.

ENTI went through a similar situation earlier this year, so there is precedent and perhaps even an indication of outcome.

2010 has had two big plays: the run-up to Go800's launch and the run-down after it. What a waste of a great concept.
