They would have to report insider selling as per sec rules.No insider selling to date except where Steve is selling his own shares occasionally for day to day expenses of company.Little to no dilution , if this was your typical scam they would have used all 200 million issued shares and would have already been planning another round of dillutionary measures.Patience people there is alot more going on than you can geuss here!!
