Well said....the whole post, actually.

What I value most in an individual is his or her honesty. If a person tells the truth, I can forgive or overlook a whole lot of things.

I also look for tangible results....words are cheap.

In the case of Eternal Image, while we were being told that they didn't need a loan....that internal cash flow from Matthews et al would be enough to go forward, they were planning for yet another 1 for 20 reverse split.

While they were extolling the virtues of their new partnerships, their officers were selling substantial amounts of stock, while not reporting those transactions to the SEC on a timely basis.

Maybe it's just me, but once I know someone to be a liar....he or she will have to "move mountains" to regain my trust.

And that's why I'll only believe what I see in audited financial statements, when it comes to Eternal Image.
