That story sure sounds like BS.. Just another sign of a bubble.. Really starting to think this whole RE hype is more about China to get the prices higher.. as far as REE and MCP they are two years away from any real production.. What China taketh away, can give back in a hurry.... Still stand by my original DD this is a bubble
