Really, how so? Even if I were greedy there are many better options then a 9 cent penny stock to satisfy my craving. I just don't buy the whole conspiracy theory on major manipulation here. The bottom line is the pps has drifted and may continue until there are more willing buyers then sellers. The only thing that will change that is either a favorable settlement or a rumor of one.
