This filing is to explain the reasons for being behind in filing. GDTK needs to file 6/30 audited FS, 9/30 reviewed FS. By 2/14, 12/31 reviewed FS is due. I think that depending on the time of filing 6/30 and Q1, there may be no time to get Q2 filed on time and they can catch up on it by the end of Feb. or early March.
