Those were shares used to purchase the Los Tres Machos and Zuna property from Mexican Hunter.Instead of cash they used shares of restricted common stock.Hes trying to consolidate things and put all into ALTO from what Ive gathered so far.ALTO is gonna grow this year by leaps and bounds.
