Medjet, Inc. and For The Earth Corporation Announce Intent to Merge Through Public Stock Purchase Agreement
PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - December 28, 2010) - Medjet, Inc., a medical technology research and development company, and For The Earth Corporation, an eco-friendly and green consumer products solutions provider, announced that they have signed a letter of intent to merge through a public stock purchase agreement. The non-binding agreement was recently finalized during a meeting between the two companies.
The merger will capitalize in the rapid growth in the green consumer products market, which is defined by products that have a reduced adverse impact on human health and the environment. Prior to the merger, For The Earth Corporation has been utilizing the 30 years of combined experience within its management team to successfully develop and market a wide range of green consumer products for both people and pets that use numerous all-natural ingredients.
