I think you're mistaking unethical and dishonest for secret and cunning. There is nothing secret or cunning about what this company does. Pump, dilute, dump, RS, rinse and repeat. They did it in 2008 and again in 2010. They will do it again if people continue to hand them their money.

Could you please explain to me what this company has accomplished in its history that gives you such confidence in their ability to succeed this time around? Awarded patents? Nope, they don't have any. Revenue growth? Nope, they made $35k for the first 3 quarters of 2010, compared to $161K for the same period in 2009. That's a 78% drop in top line revenue.

The company is burning through $1-$2 million per year in cash, and they're likely going to make less than $100k in sales this year. Who do you think is paying their bills? "Investors" who think they are getting in at a low price right now. In my opinion, by the end of the first quarter of 2011 the PPS will be way, way, way below a penny. Maybe even approaching $.001 or lower. Buy now and regret it later.
