I think what KCP said is why whatever SP does isn't going to work. He doesn't seem to have a buisness concept.It looks from the outside that he just thinks all he has to do is start a buisness and it will all take care of itself.What promotion does he ever do? If you can't do a website properly on your own spend a $200. and have someone do it for you. A big part of the growth of a company is its presentation and if you were researching different sources of cards how soon after coming across there web site would you moved on? Right away. And thats even if it was ever brought up as an option when you searched! SP could have used some of the shareholders to help also. KCP offered to help way back to promotote the card for nothing and I am sure had SP asked someone would have gladly helped out with the web site's. To still have 1 world auction at all on the web site shows how little he cared. And to have it appear on the main page just tells you he has no idea how to run a buisness.So to think if he gets a little money out of the sale of everything and then take that money and turn this company around is a joke. I imagine he is only trying to come up with something to suck in new investors and keep the ones who remains. But to do anything at all he will need to add capital and he has very few options to do that one of which is addind tons of shares or a reverse split.IMHO
