Jeff could have used an atty address, or a friend in Maryland, if, indeed, he is the same Jeff in charge of this shell.

Find it hard to believe Jeff would r/m into a shell with only 75 million shares, and would not jump to any conclusion...just being cautious.

Interesting, yup, but I am not convinced...
