The Company is in the midst of finalizing the terms of a joint venture agreement with Mexican Hunter Exploration S.A. de C.V (herein after referred to as “Mexican Hunter”) on its Los Tres Machos and Zuna advanced exploration properties located Mexico. Alto has estimated a total resource of 10,580,188 oz of Au and 1,058,218,859 oz of Ag resources for the Los Tres Machos Permit and 375,667 oz of Au and 22,222,596 oz of Ag resources for the Zuna Permit in Mexico. http://www.altomines.com/pdfs/ALTO_2010.pdf
