If they do not do a R/S they will run out of shares to enable them to draw funds to carry on doing business, never mind growing it and paying back the millions that they owe

No other way to go forward IMO. I expect an announcement within 3 weeks as the SEC should OK the Kodiak funding deal within 3-4 weeks and I would if I was them want to have everything in place to issue less shares to kodiak for funding

We shall see what transpires.

I was a banker for 35 years, and I see no other way forward for them in the short term other than to R/S.
