Yea, you were really good when Arne came out with the filing about "First Closing" of the Syrei deal. You thought the buyout had occurred. Arne had no money to even pay the first installment of $2M to Syrei so he tried to smooth that over by saying he gave them a promissory note.

The auditors, of course, said he must stop with the financial consolidation as no buyout or merger had occured. Then Arne wanted to file as if Syrei was owned by Awyi. Hoe stupid can one be and you believed it.

Then Arne went into hiding for 2 years until this pump job.
