Preliminary list of questions for Mr. Walters below:

From the conference call today, we would appreciate it if all shareholders can review the questions below that maronti and myself would like to e-mail to Mr. Walters. If you have any other questions to add or have any information you would like to share, please post them here or PM me or maronti:

1. What is the current a/s and o/s for MSTF?

2. What is your motive for not reporting the results of MSTF's operations and helpng the PPS reflect the true value of MSTF? When will you provide financial statements to your shareholders?

3. Why are you not submitting updated filings to OTC Markets (pinksheets)? Do you plan on removing the current stop sign?

4. Can you verify to us how many employees are employed by Drug Consultants Inc. and Nurse Consultants Inc.?

5. Have all outstanding CD's been converted? Does MSTF have any other debt that needs to be paid off?

6. Have the four contracts listed below that were supposed to expire in June 2010 been renewed?

i) Radiology Technician Services at the CDCR’s Division of Juvenile Justice

ii) Diagnostic Imaging Technologist Services at the CDCR

iii) Occupational Therapy Services at the CDCR

iv) Clinical Dietician Services at the CDVA

7. Has the Speech Therapy services contract that was expiring in September 2009 and supposed to be renewed until September 2010 been renewed or extended again?

8. On Dec. 21/09, you released a PR indicating that the following two contracts were awarded to DCI and that they expire in September 2011. What is the status of these contracts? How are these contracts performing in terms of profitability?

i) Registered Nurse Services at the CDCR Division of Juvenile Justice

ii) Psychiatric Technician Services

9. On Jan. 8/10, you released a PR indicating that a contract for Licensed Clinical Social Worker Services at the CDCR was awarded to DCI and it expires September 30, 2011. What is the status of this contract? How is this contract performing in terms of profitability?

10. In the Form D you filed in July 2009 you indicated that MSTF is in the $5M-$25M revenue range. Why aren't you reporting these revenues? Why hasn't the revenue from the contracts in #'s 6 to 9 above been reported?
