I'm not sure who would sell a TON of iron ore for only 183 cents (or $1.83 per TON). Heck, if that's the case, there wouldn't be scrap yards. gotta be a typo somewhere...LOL.

Now, the question is whether RR is indeed a large iron deposit. I've thought it very likely, but we'll have to see the assays to know for sure what's in the ground.
