There are numerous spelling errors in your post, and I am not faulting you for these errors, as English is not your first language and what you wrote is still easily understood and well thought out.
However, the fact remains that you spelled certain English words with alternate spellings and your grammar is off. This is more typically the product of translation.
If there are no grammar errors, and the ONLY spelling errors are in proper nouns, we can safely assume that the errors are not due to translation but done on purpose.
I agree with you as far as multiple spellings of a Russian name, and I appreciate your first hand experience providing us information backing that up. However, as far as the argument being that the errors are due to translation, I see a few holes with that theory and I stand by my statements.
