Read the sales agreement between SM and ASFX. The agreement was written in such a way, that it APPEARS DR T is buying a worthless SM product for $2.6 Million.

What Dr T really did was turnover complete control to Roth and his buddies at Concorde Capital. For NOTHING.

And Roth has run it into the ground.

The question is WHY??????
