Box 13 shows $1,000,000.00, not 1 million shares. You are citing box 5. Look at box 13 for the dollar amount. In fact, box 5 lists a dollar amount too. It does not list shares, just a dollar RANGE from $1 - $1 million. Box 13 shows what's up.

I thank you for putting this info up. BTW, I think yesterday was the last day for tax selling---remember it's T + 3. Friday is a holiday.
