Slava,

http://translate.google.com/#ru|en|Prokhorov

Additionally, any legitimate company, regardless of their country of origin and native language, trading on an American stock exchange, is not drafting PR in their native language and using bablefish to translate it and release in English without proofreading.

Furthermore, I can tell you that if I were responsible for releasing a PR in a foreign language which I was not fluent, the only thing I could proofread before releasing it are proper nouns.

There are 0 excuses for misspelling proper nouns in a press relase. The most logical explanation for doing so would be because the company knew the PR was not valid and they are covering their backs. When the lies are exposed, they can claim that they did not implicate "Prokhorov," but a similar "Prokorov."
