New company. Rainbolt took over and they are divesting all the old garbage, and I do mean garbage (ault, online porn, etc) that was the old ZLUS. Corestream has and will not do a RS. They are actually going to retire shares. Hopefully, it is all of Ault's shares. If they can retire 10-25% of the float, we are golden.
