so Jan 1st will be a massive sell off?and i would bet a million bucks their will be a ristriction on the new shares,the last thing they want is for all those free shares given out to be sold the samn day they hit the market.their smarter than that.being a new company with its own structure and value,they want to keep it over a dollar for atleast 10 consecutive days to bring in more deep pocket invester,so i expect this to be PR'ed soon along with the rest of the details.
