Just got off the phone with Island Stock Transfer and they told me that their Compliance Officer has put the SDVI shares exchange to Graffiti on hold because they (Island) does not think the process in COMPLIANT. Said the SDVI folks don't realize how complex this is and have not crossed all the T's and dotted the I's.

I have issues with the process, especially providing sensitive personal dat in an unsecure environment.

Anyone have the same experience?

Has anyone started the process and heard back form Island Transfer?
