Cannabis Science Files Preliminary 14c Information Statement, the Action is to Create a New Class of Common Stock and Issue Dividend

Do they not need to get approval & if they did get approval would that not have been Pr'd in the interim before 12/31/1. Am going to go research a 14c to see what actually needs to take place for acceptance. Again thanks for the link & prompt reply. I'll post my findings on the 14c being prefaced with preliminary.
