Trust me. I'm a long and strong player here. Flipping this is small, short term gains. People are insane to want to flip this baby when they can make so much more in total by holding for a while.

I've been here since April. No thanks and a small thanks to SevenTenEleven. I won't be following his advice anymore though. LOL!
