WLOC is still hitting higher & higher (record high). Terry Fields had 2m shares of WLOC (based on a 8K filing). This holdings itself (not to mention others) is worth 10x the value of the debenture that FRMC is currently in default.

I would not be surprised if Terry Fields in his own capacity provide a loan to FRMC and pay off the debenture. This is taking into considerations the recent PRs about their operational activities. The company is moving.
