Thanks, OC. It does read like a viable option. I would however prefer to wait until after that magical January/February timeframe that Ares spoke of several months ago. If something significant is in the works a class action could jeopardize any conceivable recovery for us investors. However, if it turns out to be nothing less than a full disclosure of intent and path forward, I'll be all-in on a class action. Might as well make some lawyer who'll be doing something for me rich off of ACLH, than ACLH's officers and directors who've only made me lose money...
