I am getting ready to leave for an early morning appearance on Good Morning San Diego however first I wanted to comment on the 8-K filing MMRGlobal made today regarding a definitive Agreement pertaining to the licensing of the Company’s biotech assets. Clearly, the mission at MMRGlobal is not finished. In fact, we believe it is just beginning. 2010 has been a year that many said could not be done.

How does a start-up company with limited capital compete with Microsoft, Google, Cerner, GE and others in electronic medical records? And when the naysayers kept working so hard to be right about the value of the Company’s biotech IP, we get to start the New Year with a new beginning.

Today’s 8-K filing demonstrates that nothing is impossible and highlights the potential value in the Company’s biotech assets and other Intellectual Property. It opens the door to opportunities where this management team was able to utilize in excess of 100 million dollars worth of pre-merger assets.

While the Company’s primary business remains health information technology, specifically our www.MyMedicalRecords.com Personal Health Record and our www.MMRPro.com electronic document management and storage for healthcare professionals, our biotech assets can also lead to relationships with big Pharma, where the Company can possibly use its health IT to speed approval of drugs by assisting in the monitoring of patients in clinical trials.

Accordingly, we will continue to work with institutional investors, strategic partners, scientific advisors, universities and others to look for opportunities to utilize both our health Information technology and biotech assets to identify ways to help save lives and speed approval of other drugs in various stages of clinical trials.
