It's been a while since I checked up on this board. I am SHOCKED to see that there are still people that feel this company may still be a viable going concern. It's been 9 months since the filings were supposed to be done "by the end of the week". The true reason that the filings aren't complete is because there is not an auditing firm that exists that will give an unqualified opinion about the financial statements being free of material mistatement. Without an auditors report, no filings, thats why they still aren't done, it's the only reason. Wake up people, there is no factual evidence that this company has accomplished anything. The "company" they were supposed to acquire overseas (with what capital?) earlier in the year is nothing more than a tiny parts supplier. The list of false statements and unfulfilled promises goes on and on. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool. If you are still convinced that this is a viable company, find some factual evidence to prove me and others wrong. By the way, you won't find any, it doesn't exist. Or, call the company and find out for yourself. Good luck with that!
