Lucky I hope your right a company can have the best thing since sliced bread but if they dont act on it in a timely manner it becomes to late and they are left behind because like in this case to many other companys with big $$$$$ will pass them by

What really gets me is that if this company has solid patents and then contract lawyers to protect them from all these bigs that are infringing on them WHY ARE WE NOT CHOCKING THEM OUT
none of the bigs would wait this long to act on anyone who would be it just does not make sence
