DRLYD Shares Outstanding, 2,446,796 a/o Dec 27, 2010 Reverse Merger with PURE Oil and Gas to follow the R/S and uplist to Amex has always been the goal and most likely the reason for the R/S. Also note, the A/S was reduced, which is not typical and does make it more attractive to the AMEX.
