Kirk --last time --I have personally read all the 10Ks & 10Qs .I can find no record of where this sstock went .Yes I will do what my attorneys feel appropriate .Thats why I employ them , to protect my interests .This I don't want to gather steanm on a personal level .It truely is a shame that even a long ,like me since 1998 needs to discuss this .Yes there are positives & there are negatives in all investments .However or shouild I say BUT if this is not cleared up ,there are new investors out there with savvy that will first look to see if a company has a legal problem --if so they stay far away .This is why this must be put to bed .Hope that you can appreciate my concerns .
