BIG SELL! http://www.barchart.com/opinions/stocks/SIAF. Is Jordan fund or other "big players" starting to pull-out?

Extract from Yahoo Finance website, on technical analysis:

1.35 was a 25% pullback from 1.80

failure implies rotation to 33.33% = 1.20, 1.35 is now resistance

failure at 33.33% implies 50% will be strong = .90

right now im assuming 1.20 will be strong..

we have failed at 25%
